Description
Special amritsari warrian made up of dough prepared from paste of grounded moong daal seasoned with extra black pepper, long pepper, salt, hing, red chiles, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, added to it. Paste is shaped by hands into half round 3 cm balls and spread out on sheet for sun drying. Dried warrian can be kept for months. Dried warrian are cracked into bit sized pieces and added to curriex and vegetable dishes giving it a smoky and piquant taste.
