How To Use Amritsari Channa Masala?
- No need to add salt
- No need to add any oil, onion, any other spices.
- Super Boil White channe 250 gm properly and Add 100 gms Mahajan store’s Channa Masala, Mix properly and let it cook.
- Delicious Channe Is Ready To Serve For Break Fast, Lunch and Dinner.
Try Delicious Recipe Using Our Channa Masala:
Ingredients:
- 250 gram Bhindi
- 1/2 cup channa soked
- 2 chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoon Amritsari channa masala
- 1 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
- Firstly, washed and wipe the bhindi.
- Chop the bhindi into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Add green chilli, stir few seconds.
- Add chopped bhindi and stir occasionally
- Do not cover the kadhai otherwise the bhindi might turn soggy.
- After 5 minutes ,lower the flame and cook for few minutes.
- Now add channa and stir .
- Add our Amritsari channa masala and saute few minutes
- Now cover tha kadhai 2-3 minutes.
- Open the lid and stir, switch off the flame.
- Crispi bhindi chana is ready.
- Serve with rice, dal or roti.
